Elgin Mead
Elgin Meadery specializes in small batch traditional (pure honey wine), melomel (fruit), metheglin (spiced) and barrel aged meads. With the exception of the occasional rare varietal, Elgin meads are crafted from local Texas honey. All meads are gluten free.

Sakura

Black is Beautiful was created to raise money for the @AustinJusticeCoalition. 100% of proceeds were donated. This sweet mead is a perfect blend of aronia berries, blueberries and Texas wildflower honey. Aronia berries are extremely high in antioxidants and have a distinctive and pleasant taste. Dark and jammy, this mead has a uniquely delicious flavor profile.
